Collaboration with developers in resolving support tickets. **TECHNICAL SUPPORT ASSISTANT /** **Job Description:** Provide user support via WhatsApp using Octadesk. Open and track support tickets. Guide users experiencing difficulties with system procedures via phone or video call. Contribute to the creation and updating of system documentation (system videos and manuals). Gather as much relevant information as possible from users to reproduce reported issues. Produce supporting materials—such as screenshots, videos, or detailed descriptions of system behavior—to enable developers to resolve tickets. Conduct periodic module reviews as directed by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** Currently pursuing or completed degree in Technology-related fields. Experience in technical support. Customer service experience is considered a plus. Helpdesk experience is desirable. Problem-solving ability. Intermediate-level technical computer knowledge (basic to intermediate Microsoft Office suite). **Minimum Education Level:** High School Diploma **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00; Saturday, 09:00–12:00\.
