If you are eager to learn with us and perform detail-oriented work focused on doing what is right, this is your place!! **Responsibilities and Duties** The Maintenance Agent ensures comfort and safety by maintaining machines, equipment, and building infrastructure in optimal working condition, with emphasis on preventive maintenance to guarantee conscious and safe cost management. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance (plumbing, electrical, mechanical, etc.); * Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff, ensuring rapid and effective solutions; * Record all maintenance activities performed, maintaining a detailed history for future reference; * Maintain organization within the maintenance department and related areas; * Follow all occupational safety regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment; * Adhere to sustainable practices and contribute to maintaining ISO 14001 certification; **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed High School Education Solid knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning systems Practical skills in general repairs Experience in building maintenance, preferably in hotels Computer literacy Flexible availability (6x1 shift schedule) Proactivity, teamwork, and attention to detail Respect for others and transparency in actions, as well as organization and friendliness. **Additional Information** Position located in João Pessoa 6x1 shift schedule — 08:00 to 16:20 (day off on Sundays) On-site meals Unimed Fortaleza health plan with co-payment Dental plan Transportation allowance Life insurance Work environment that values sustainability and employee well-being At **Verdegreen**, every stay is a unique experience marked by hospitality, care, and respect for people and nature.
