Promote continuous improvement of logistics processes **About the opportunity in Almirante Tamandaré:** We are seeking a hands-on **Logistics Coordinator** to lead logistics operations and fleet management, with strong involvement in planning, operational control, and cost optimization. This position plays a strategic role in monitoring KPIs, ensuring customer service levels, and promoting continuous improvement of logistics processes. **Responsibilities:** * Manage operational KPIs such as Overtime Hours, Banked Hours, OTD (On-Time Delivery), Liters/Km, and Occupancy Rate, ensuring efficiency and continuous improvement of logistics processes. * Manage logistics operation costs and fleet maintenance programs, ensuring high vehicle availability, reliability, and safety. * Ensure all deliveries and pickups are completed within agreed timelines and comply with quality standards established by the company and customers. * Develop, implement, and monitor fleet revitalization planning, aiming for improved operational efficiency and reduced costs. * Perform route planning and delivery scheduling to optimize timelines, costs, and resource utilization. * Promote the use of continuous improvement tools and methodologies to increase productivity and quality in logistics processes. * Interface with internal departments and suppliers to ensure operational and strategic alignment. **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree in Logistics Management, Industrial Management, Engineering, or Administration * Knowledge of people management * Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance management, including validation of structured checklists * Knowledge of warehousing, shipping, inventory, and logistics KPIs * Availability to work outside regular hours for occasional emergencies **Preferred Qualifications:** * Intermediate English or currently studying English. * Postgraduate degree in Logistics or People Management Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree * Fuel Allowance * Meal Voucher * Health Insurance Plan – Unimed * Performance Bonus
