Welding Robot Operator - TIG Welder

Description

Job Summary: Responsible for operating welding robots, performing manual TIG welding, and ensuring process quality, including maintenance and organization of the work area. Key Highlights: 1. Operating and feeding welding robots 2. Performing manual TIG welding with a focus on quality 3. Maintaining and organizing the workplace Responsible for feeding welding robots, ensuring optimal part positioning to avoid robot collisions and welding defects; Preparing the robot for operation; Performing manual TIG welding as required, ensuring quality and finish per specifications; Removing welded assemblies and subassemblies from the machine and storing them in appropriate locations; Reporting issues regarding machines, part and assembly quality, material shortages, maintenance needs, programming deviations, and any other abnormalities affecting process performance to the immediate supervisor; Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area; Performing low-complexity corrective and preventive maintenance (e.g., replacing welding wire, contact tips, etc.); Inspecting finished parts and recording daily production output; Working in accordance with company safety regulations; Performing other related duties as required. **Desired Qualifications:** Basic Mechanics course; Welding Robot Operator course; Knowledge and experience in TIG welding (preferred). **Employment Type:** Full-time / CLT **Benefits:** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance **Experience:** * Welding robot operation (preferred) * TIG welding (preferred) **Licenses/Certifications:** * Basic Mechanics (preferred) * TIG Welding Certification (a plus) Salary: R$1,00 \- R$2,00 per month Benefits: * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
