This professional will play a strategic role in operational continuity, downtime reduction, and improvement of production processes, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality. ### **Requirements:** * Solid experience in industrial maintenance * Experience managing teams * Knowledge of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance * Experience with maintenance planning and control * Knowledge of performance indicators * Completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields. * Basic understanding of mechanics, electricity, and automation. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise, guide, and develop the maintenance team * Plan and ensure execution of preventive and predictive maintenance schedules * Work to reduce failures and increase equipment reliability * Monitor and analyze maintenance performance indicators * Manage service orders, schedules, and service priorities * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures * Control costs, materials, and spare parts inventory * Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency enhancement * Collaborate with production to minimize impacts of downtime Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
