




Job Summary: Installs, debugs, and provides technical maintenance for hardware and software in products and components, primarily at customer sites, ensuring satisfaction and proper functionality. Customer training and on-site support Installs, debugs, and provides technical maintenance for hardware and software of products and components, primarily at customer sites. Provides scheduled inspections, cleaning, and other services, as well as performing minor repairs of products within a designated territory. Inspects products to ensure proper operation, resolves observed issues and/or escalates them per established procedures. Schedules service visits, completes all required documentation, and works with customers to ensure satisfaction with service delivery and understanding of product functionality. * Gains familiarity with Field Service Technician practices and procedures. * Under guidance and/or in collaboration with more experienced technicians, performs any or all of the following activities: * Incident Handling: Uses diagnostic tools to troubleshoot issues through detailed analysis of hardware and software failures. * Performs component-level hardware repairs. * Cleans and adjusts mechanical components. * Configures and installs applicable software. * Preventive Maintenance: Conducts routine checks according to documented procedures. * Restocks consumables per instructions. * IMAC/R: Installs, moves, adds, changes, and removes hardware and software products. * Customer Training: Instructs and trains customers on the use and operation of installed hardware and software. * Participates in regular hardware and software training (on-the-job, classroom-based, and online). * Participates in implementing measures to achieve agreed-upon KPIs. * Assists in special projects as assigned. **Required Qualifications:** * Completed high school education; technical education in electronics or equivalent work experience required. * Minimum relevant field service experience, with electromechanical systems and/or maintenance/hardware work. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Personal vehicle. * Valid driver's license (CNH) and driving record meeting DN fleet requirements. * Active CFT.
