As an **Import Assistant II**, you will be part of a dynamic team, ensuring all stages of the process occur efficiently and within deadlines. Your role will be essential in maintaining an organized workflow and supporting communication with suppliers, customs brokers, and internal departments. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for entering proformas, invoices, and packing lists into internal systems; preparing import tracking reports; and reviewing shipping documents for parts and equipment. You will also monitor international payments, submit payment confirmations, track deliveries and orders, and handle cargo clearance at customs offices across different Brazilian states. Additional responsibilities include drafting and registering import licenses, assembling import declarations, and preparing drafts of letters of credit—ensuring compliance and agility throughout the processes. For this position, we seek students from the third semester onward in Administration, International Trade, International Relations, or related fields, with proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables) and basic English for simple reading and writing. Familiarity with systems such as Siscomex and Import Sys is considered a plus.
