But we are more than just a laundry: we believe that caring for people is what truly sustains any meaningful result. We are currently undergoing structured growth and need someone to help build the foundational HR team that will support this expansion. **Your Responsibilities** The main responsibilities will include end-to-end recruitment and selection, structuring and implementing performance evaluation cycles, monitoring and nurturing organizational climate, supporting leadership development, and formalizing currently informal HR processes. We offer genuine autonomy, direct access to management, and the opportunity to build HR processes from the ground up. **What We Expect From You Within the First 6 Months** A realistic assessment of team profile and climate, backed by concrete data. A fully structured and operational recruitment and selection process. Completion of the first performance evaluation cycle with at least two leaders. A development plan for priority leaders. Presentation of at least three HR metrics tracked monthly. **What We Are Looking For** * Experience as a generalist HR professional, preferably in mid-sized companies or industrial settings. * Comfort working autonomously without an HR support team. * Strong communication skills and ability to build trust across all organizational levels. Ability to translate observations into data, and data into decisions. * Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR Management, or related fields. * Alignment with a culture that values humility, honesty, and results. **What We Offer** Salary of R$ 5\.000, CLT employment regime, on-site work in São José dos Pinhais/PR, and salary review scheduled after 12 months, tied to your deliverables.
