Review position details below: * Responsible for monitoring and guiding hygienic-sanitary quality control activities across meal and food production and distribution processes, aiming to promote food safety in collaboration with the supervising nutritionist, in accordance with internal standards and current legislation. **Requirements and Qualifications** If you believe **care** begins with preparation and intention, this may be the right place for you. To join us in delivering **care**, you must have: * Completed Technical Nutrition course with active professional council registration; * Experience as a Nutrition Technician in Hospital Production; * Technical knowledge of good handling practices, food safety, diet control, storage, meal distribution, and departmental control routines. **Additional Information** **Work Location**: Paraná Hospital. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Our **care** begins at home—delivering the best for our people.
