Come Multiply Happiness with us! **Responsibilities and duties** * Enforce workplace safety standards, taking action, guiding the team on procedures, use of personal protective equipment (PPEs), and determining activities to maintain company standards and prevent accidents; * Ensure the quality of PPEs by checking validity on specific websites using the Certificate of Approval (CA) number to verify product compliance; * Conduct safety campaigns, developing content together with resort management and ensuring planned activities are carried out, aiming to promote health and safety and encourage PPE usage; * Organize department documents, sorting record forms, PPE usage records, and entering registration data into forms for filing, future reference, and compliance with legal requirements; * Conduct admission, technical, and work procedure training sessions, delivering content related to occupational health and safety to ensure company standards and prevent accidents; * Manage mandatory and function-specific medical examinations, referring employees for evaluation, monitoring results, and archiving documents to comply with occupational safety regulations; * Oversee actions under the Risk Management Program (PGR), ensuring execution and archiving evidence to meet legal obligations; * Monitor and execute actions required by the Occupational Health Medical Control Program (PCMSO), reviewing and ensuring compliance; * Manage the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA), organizing elections, conducting voting, scheduling training, monitoring meetings, and producing minutes to fulfill legal obligations and discuss relevant topics; * Perform technical visits to resorts to improve the work environment and prevent accidents; * Analyze SSMA incident and accident reports and action plans; * Ensure compliance with NR regulations as well as manage NR training required for each activity; * Ensure fire brigade training is conducted and manage all legal documentation necessary for resort operations.
