A culture that celebrates passion for learning Grupo SEB is hiring a **Senior Data Analyst**, to work at the Administrative Headquarters in **Ribeirão Preto/SP**. **Join Grupo SEB!** **We are one of the largest educational groups in the country, focused on innovation, excellence, and positive societal impact.** Learn more about Grupo SEB: https://www.sebsa.com.br/ **Responsibilities and Duties** * Understand business rules and data structures used across departments, ensuring alignment between operational needs and proposed modeling. * Analyze, organize, and standardize data originating from various systems, identifying attributes, relationships, gaps, and redundancies. * Design and support the data engineering team in ingesting information into the Data Lake, defining standards, rules, and best practices for integration. * Develop data mappings, documenting sources, transformations, destinations, and data consistency rules. * Model relational and multidimensional structures, creating detailed and standardized ER (Entity-Relationship) and EER (Enhanced Entity-Relationship) diagrams. * Develop SQL queries, views, and analytical structures in environments such as Databricks and SQL Server Management Studio. * Validate integrity and quality of ingested data, supporting correction, adjustment, and continuous improvement processes. * Collaborate with Data Governance, Product, and Business teams to ensure proper, documented, and organized use of corporate data. * Support data governance and architecture initiatives, contributing documentation, standards, and best practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields. * Solid experience in data modeling, including ER and EER diagrams. * Experience organizing, standardizing, and documenting data rules and structures. * Experience with advanced SQL, writing queries and views in environments such as Databricks or SQL Server Management Studio. * Knowledge of data architecture, data ingestion, and integration (ETL/ELT). * Familiarity with data lakes, pipelines, and data governance concepts. * Familiarity with BI tools, such as Power BI, to validate data deliverables. * Desired experience with data documentation tools (e.g., ER/Studio, Draw.io, dbdiagram, Lucidchart, or similar). * Desired understanding of dimensional models (star schema, snowflake). **Additional Information** * Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–18:00 hrs / Friday, 08:00–17:00 hrs; * For candidates located in Ribeirão Preto-SP — On-site mode — working at the Administrative Headquarters.
