**Job Description:**

The Events Analyst is responsible for managing the entire planning, organization, and execution process of corporate events for companies within the Rivesa Group, acting from briefing receipt through post-event. Key responsibilities include coordinating operational stages, managing internal demands, handling supplier relationships, and controlling budgets. The analyst also provides on-site event supervision to ensure all contracted services are delivered as planned. This professional ensures each event occurs with quality, efficiency, and alignment to defined objectives—delivering a positive experience to attendees, resolving unforeseen issues promptly, and contributing to brand strengthening and positioning.
**Essential Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Events.
* Experience in event planning and organization.
* Intermediate Excel proficiency.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in the events field.
**Desirable Requirements:**

* Experience with task management tools such as ClickUp or similar, to track event stages and deadlines.
