Supports the development of technical solutions using CAD software, 3D modeling, and preferably BIM. Designs small-scale construction projects, from data collection and preliminary design through executive detailing and updates according to project execution. **Detailed Description** * Develop technical drawings and projects based on sketches, preliminary designs, technical specifications, or instructions from the technical team. * Design small-scale construction projects, including data collection, preparation of preliminary designs, basic dimensioning, technical detailing, and updates reflecting on-site modifications. * Update and detail projects according to technical standards (ABNT, NR\-9, NR\-15, NR\-17, etc.) and internal company standards. * Prepare floor plans, sections, elevations, perspectives, and other technical graphic elements required for project representation. * Interpret and collaborate on the coordination of multidisciplinary projects (civil, hydraulic, electrical, structural, etc.). * Support field-based technical data collection, performing on-site measurements and verifications. * Organize and maintain up-to-date technical files and drawings, both physical and digital, with strict control over revisions and versions. * Assist in material specification and preparation of basic material lists and technical specifications. * Monitor construction, manufacturing, or assembly processes, verifying compliance between technical drawings and actual execution (\\"as built\\"). * Participate in technical meetings, providing support to the team in reading, interpreting, and updating projects. * Contribute suggestions for improvements in drafting processes, standardization, and use of technological tools. **Essential Requirements** * Completed high school education. * Technical course in Building Construction, Civil Construction, Technical Drawing, or related fields. * **Preferred**: Ongoing undergraduate studies in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related disciplines. * Proven experience in technical drawing applied to architecture and civil construction. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp. * Preferred experience in BIM, with emphasis on Archicad. * Knowledge of ABNT standards applicable to technical projects and drawing symbology. * Basic knowledge of metrology, dimensioning, dimensional tolerances, and interpretation of multidisciplinary drawings. * Basic/intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
