Responsibilities: Creating content for social media (feed, stories, Reels, and TikTok) Developing copy, captions, and short scripts Designing visuals and graphic materials (Canva, Photoshop, and similar tools) Editing short videos and monitoring trends Planning and executing the editorial calendar Daily management of social media accounts and interactions Influencer management Support for campaigns, product launches, events, and activations CRM system management Supporting development and communication of new products Participating in live streams (Instagram, TikTok, and social commerce platforms) Managing training platform content (scripts, organization, and uploads) Managing and creating communication materials for B2B and B2C audiences, such as presentations, institutional materials, and content for healthcare professionals and patients—ensuring alignment with brand positioning Real-time event coverage for social media Requirements: Previous experience as a Social Media professional or content creator Excellent writing skills and mastery of the Portuguese language Proficiency in Canva Knowledge of Photoshop applied to social media Basic understanding of social media design Active user of Instagram and TikTok Affinity with the aesthetics and feminine universe Organization and responsibility regarding deadlines Education: Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Advertising, Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Design, Fashion, or related fields A completed degree in these areas will be considered an advantage Preferred Qualifications: Experience working at a marketing or advertising agency Experience managing influencers Portfolio showcasing produced content and graphic materials If you love beauty, aesthetics, content creation, and marketing; if you are organized, creative, and eager to grow alongside a brand, this position offers a genuine opportunity for learning, portfolio development, and professional growth.
