Job Summary: The Junior Logistics Analyst is responsible for organizing, scheduling, and monitoring deliveries, resolving incidents, and supporting the development of KPIs. Key Highlights: 1. Annual Bonus: one full month’s salary tied to the company’s EBITDA. ***Earning Potential: up to 6 additional salaries per year!*** **Responsibilities** * Organization and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; * Scheduling deliveries with customers, considering receiving time windows, restrictions, and commercial deadlines; * Confirming and monitoring load schedules with carriers and the shipping department; * Acting as the main contact point among carriers, customers, and internal teams to align logistics activities; * Maintaining up-to-date records of scheduled deliveries in systems (ERP, TMS, or spreadsheets); * Handling delivery-related incidents, such as customer refusals, rescheduling requests, or access restrictions; * Supporting the development of performance indicators (KPIs) related to on-time delivery; * Identifying bottlenecks and proposing process improvements in scheduling; * Ensuring compliance with internal policies and quality and safety standards applicable to logistics. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Business Management, or related fields. * Basic understanding of logistics supply chain and transportation; * Familiarity with management systems (ERP, TMS, POWER BI); Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting at R$3,000.00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Life insurance * Meal voucher
