Job Summary: The Junior Administrative Analyst will work at Olam Agri in Maringá, PR, alongside the Grain Origination team, performing daily reconciliations, account monitoring, and document control. In this role, you will serve as a **Junior Administrative Analyst**, working with the **Origination** team within the **Grains** structure. Join our team! ***Join Olam Agri!*** **Responsibilities and Duties** Daily movement reconciliation and discharge tracking. Monitoring of accounts receivable and verification of invoices payable. Control of signature flows in documentation and contracts. Control of negotiations for the soy complex (soybeans, soybean meal, soybean oil, and soybean hulls). Analytical mindset for administrative tasks, such as accounts receivable reconciliation, movement (discharge) tracking, and invoice verification. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed Bachelor’s degree. Intermediate Excel knowledge (formulas for controls). Administrative experience.
