Job Summary: Perform operational support activities, preparation and handling of cargo, cleaning and organization to ensure logistical efficiency and workplace environment quality. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance with general tasks and logistics Perform operational support activities, preparation and handling of cargo, cleaning and organization, assistance with general tasks, improving workplace environment quality and ensuring logistical efficiency for on-time product delivery as per established deadlines. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assemble pallets. * Prepare scheduled shipments for domestic and international markets, as well as samples. * Organize and clean the physical area of the sector as needed. * Open and close trucks to perform loading. * Assist in locating materials in inventory and conduct verification as required. * Perform palletizing, strapping, plastic wrapping, and label replacement as required by the customer. * Notify the checker about damaged items and place such items in the designated area. * Assemble pallets. * Perform activities in accordance with the Environmental Aspects and Impacts Matrix and Waste Mapping. \- Perform activities in accordance with: SQN EXP 02 \- Pallet fumigation treatment. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required:** Completed elementary education; **Availability** to work rotating shifts (6 days on / 2 days off) – variable schedules: 5:20 AM to 1:55 PM / 1:40 PM to 10:15 PM / 10:00 PM to 5:35 AM; Availability to work in Conde \- PB. **Desirable** * Prior experience in the role of general helper and/or industrial sector. **Additional Information** Additional information: * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Company bus or transportation allowance \- 6% * Attendance bonus (food voucher); * On-site meals / company cafeteria; * Discounts on flooring products; * Wellhub; * Profit-sharing program. **Join Mohawk Brasil: Where innovation and tradition build the future!** With 65 years of history, we are part of Mohawk Group, the global leader in flooring.
