Available Position in João Pessoa (PB): Butchery Manager Supervise butchery work teams, delegate tasks, and manage performance in meat preparation according to a predetermined menu, paying attention to appropriate handling for each type of meat and ensuring hygienic and sanitary control of processes, aiming to guarantee customer, guest, and staff satisfaction, safety, and food quality, in accordance with internal procedures, policies, and guidelines established by immediate leadership.
