If you are organized, analytical, and wish to develop your career in finance, this opportunity may be right for you. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Daily bank reconciliation and statement control * Recording and classification of accounts payable and receivable * Issuance of bills and invoices * Support in preparing periodic financial reports * Cash flow monitoring * Organization and control of fiscal documents * Support in budget preparation and financial forecasting * Assistance in monthly accounting closing * Communication with banks and suppliers regarding financial matters * Support during audits and internal controls ### **Technical Requirements** * Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts) * Experience with bank reconciliation * Familiarity with financial systems/ERP (e.g., Totvs, SAP, ContaAzul) * Basic accounting knowledge * Ability to prepare financial and budgetary reports * Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable * Capability to analyze financial data * Document organization and control skills * Prior experience in financial routines is desirable * Experience with accounting systems (Fortes, Conta Azul, etc.) ### **Behavioral Profile** * Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks * Proactivity in identifying and resolving issues * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Organization and discipline to meet deadlines * Aptitude for working with processes and routines * Sense of responsibility and professional ethics * Willingness to learn and grow * Ability to handle confidential information * Flexibility and adaptability to changing demands ### **Benefits** * Cost-of-living allowance Minimum Education: Technical Course
