Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Coordinator with a systemic vision and technical leadership to manage the team, ensure compliance, optimize processes, and provide advisory support to executive management. If you possess a systemic vision, talent development skills, and commitment to excellence in accounting KPIs, this is the place for you. **Key Responsibilities** * **Team Management:** Coordinate the activities of analysts and assistants, ensuring timely delivery and technical quality of outputs. * **Compliance and Audit:** Review closings, balance sheets, and statutory filings (ECD/ECF) from an internal audit perspective, mitigating tax and accounting risks. * **Data Intelligence:** Transform financial data into management reports and KPIs to support client decision-making. * **Process Optimization:** Implement workflow improvements, prioritizing data integration and reduction of rework. * **Advisory Support:** Serve as a trusted technical partner to executive management on complex issues and strategic client engagements. **Technical Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences with an **active CRC registration**. * **Experience:** Solid background in accounting firms, with prior experience leading teams. * **Technical Expertise:** In-depth knowledge of IFRS, CPCs, and taxation regimes (Real, Presumed, and Simples). **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience implementing ERPs or BI (Business Intelligence) tools. * Experience with the Domínio system. * Proactive profile oriented toward "Advisory Accounting". **What We Offer** * Senior-level compensation (commensurate with role responsibilities). * Dental plan. * Meal allowance and transportation allowance.
