Work in a dynamic environment focused on development We are looking for an individual who is a **Transmission Maintenance Operator I**, capable of performing operational switching, isolations of transmission systems and equipment, maintenance activities and/or supporting maintenance teams, and assisting in remote operation monitoring, identifying potential operational anomalies on screen and reporting them accordingly, upon instruction from the remote operations team. **If you are organized, committed, and seek a dynamic environment for professional development, this is the place for you!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities:** * Record abnormalities identified in equipment, recommend corrective and preventive actions, register intervention controls and respective outcomes in the Company's operational system, ensuring data accuracy to generate databases for reports, indicators, and results used for monitoring and decision-making; * Perform maintenance services on protection, transmission, and telecommunications equipment and systems, as well as calibration, electronic maintenance, and special tests on critical-level equipment in accordance with the Maintenance Plan and unplanned interventions, recording information in the system; * Perform operational activities both outdoors and in the control room, maintaining constant contact with the telecontrol area; operate electrical and electromechanical installations in transmission assets' substations when required; * Operate equipment such as PTA, Munck, and forklifts, following specific training for each piece of equipment; * Respond to urgent and emergency situations involving substation (SE) equipment and systems until full restoration is achieved, including switching operations performed at the SE during preventive and/or corrective maintenance; * Implement necessary and requested operational-level actions to comply with the Company's Industrial Control Systems Security Policy; * Follow clearly defined internal procedures, documenting difficulties and non-compliance issues, and potentially participate in developing new procedures or revising existing ones together with leadership and/or the Operations technical team; * Conduct tests and trials on substation equipment. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Prerequisites:** * Technical education in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields, with an active CFT (Technical Safety Certificate). * Substation equipment and systems – Basic. * Health and safety regulations and applicable standards – Basic. * Integrated management system – Basic. * Maintenance management tools and software, and technical documentation – Basic. * Reading and interpreting equipment technical manuals, technical drawings, and flowcharts – Basic. * Transmission-related processes and associated equipment and systems – Intermediate. * Maintenance and operational procedures, plans, methods, and techniques – Intermediate. * Computer literacy: word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, internet, email – Basic. * Various administrative processes and routines within the field of work – Basic. **Desirable Attributes:** * English – Basic. **Additional Information** **For you and your dependents.** * Medical and dental plans. **Exclusively for you.** * Meal and/or food allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Private pension plan; * Group life insurance; * Gym / Quality-of-life programs; * Language program; * Variable compensation program. **ENGIE** has been present in Brazil for over 20 years, leading electricity generation in the country and delivering innovative services and solutions to its customers.
