Job Summary: A customer service professional focused on sales, operational management, team supervision, and process improvement implementation. Key Highlights: 1. In-person and telephone customer service, sales, and after-sales support 2. Operational and financial management of the unit 3. Team supervision and employee development **Responsibilities:** Serve associates in person and by phone, collecting monthly dues, conducting sales, plan transfers, and after-sales activities. Manage store opening and closing procedures, operational costs, and consumable materials. Control cash handling, bank deposits, and courier package dispatches. Sell or lease burial plots, cremation add-ons, and act to reverse cancellations. Perform associate enrollment and removal. Manage receipt and delivery of payment booklets, membership cards, and kits. Schedule ambulances and administer orthopedic support services. Supervise the team, manage conflicts, and ensure excellence in customer service. Support recruitment, performance evaluations, and training programs. Monitor attendance, uniforms, and encourage participation in corporate university training. Enhance sales methodology and contribute to institutional training materials and videos. Support events and partner engagement. Implement the 5S process, ensuring facility cleanliness and maintenance. Comply with LGPD guidelines for document and information handling.
