Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Production Assistant to work in tire retreading, performing tasks such as buffing, repair, visual inspection, and organization, with emphasis on safety and quality. If you are willing to work, committed, and eager to learn, this could be the ideal opportunity for you. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in tire retreading process stages (buffing, repair, skiving, filling, finishing, among others); * Handle production-specific tools and equipment; * Perform visual inspection of tires before and after the retreading process; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace; * Carry out other tasks related to the tire retreading process; * Follow safety and quality standards. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education (preferred); * No prior experience required—we provide training; * Availability to work rotating shifts; * Good physical stamina and attention to detail. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in manufacturing or production; * Background in the automotive or rubber industry. **Available Work Schedules:** · Position 1: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1 hour 12 minutes break); · Position 2: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1 hour 12 minutes break); · Position 3: Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM to 1:30 AM (1 hour 12 minutes break); · Position 4: Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM to 3:15 AM (1 hour 12 minutes break). **Our address is Rodovia Melo Peixoto, 9150 (BR 369\) – Cambé (exit toward Rolândia), next to Posto Paizão. A personal vehicle is required, as public transportation stops 1 km away from the company.** Benefits: Meal allowance, Attendance bonus, Total Pass, On-site meals, Uniform.
