Job Summary: A procurement professional responsible for quotation, supplier negotiation, process analysis, issuance of price quotations, and maintenance of the supplier registry, aiming at optimization and continuous improvement. Management and updating of the supplier registry **Description:** Conduct price quotations for items listed in requisitions, adhering to their defined specifications and order urgency, and complete the appropriate form to analyze and select the supplier offering the best conditions for CBL; Negotiate with suppliers on prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms, consistently striving to minimize costs while fulfilling requests without compromising the quality of specified products; Contact suppliers to negotiate, discuss, and/or resolve discrepancies related to issued purchase orders, aiming to prevent deliveries and receipts of goods inconsistent with requests, and arrange legal documentation for returns; Issue price quotations, conduct their analysis and approval together with technical responsible personnel. authorized by CBL and verifying compliance with established norms and policies, to forward them to immediate leadership for final approval; Maintain an updated supplier registry, as well as parts and equipment used at CBL, including adding and/or modifying entries to meet internal customer requests; Analyze processes and perform activities inherent to the role, proposing and implementing improvements to maximize results. **Desired Requirements:** Technical education in Mechanical Engineering or a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields; Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Buyer; Experience in market intelligence and development of new suppliers. Experience in procurement of industrial and mining inputs and equipment; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel); Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP and Engeman is desirable; Immediate availability to relocate to Araçuaí/MG; On-site work arrangement. 2511260202401594080
