Join us too! **Opportunity:** Agilist **Summary of Responsibilities:** The Agilist will be responsible for guiding development teams and acting as a facilitator of agile culture, promoting practices that enhance efficiency, collaboration, and value delivery, ensuring alignment among teams, stakeholders, and the organization's strategic objectives, as well as managing agile frameworks such as Azure DevOps. **Responsibilities:** * Facilitate and promote ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Planning, Review, and Retrospective). * Promote the adoption of agile practices, ensuring adherence to the principles and values of the adopted methodology, whether Kanban or Scrum. * Identify and remove impediments affecting team progress. * Foster a collaborative work environment. * Act as a coach for the team and stakeholders, promoting agile culture. * Monitor and report agile metrics, such as velocity, burndown charts, cycle time, lead time, rework, etc. * Support the Product Owner in backlog management and priority definition.
