The Pharmacy Manager is responsible for managing all pharmacy operations, ensuring the establishment operates smoothly, delivers high-quality customer service, and complies with applicable regulatory standards. Additionally, the role entails leading the team, controlling inventory of medications and products, developing sales strategies, and promoting customer loyalty initiatives.
* Manage the pharmacy staff, assign tasks, and provide guidance on internal procedures and customer service.
* Control inventory of medications and products, conduct periodic stocktaking, and ensure appropriate restocking of items.
* Develop sales and promotional strategies aimed at increasing pharmacy revenue and profitability.
* Ensure compliance with ANVISA and other relevant regulatory authorities’ requirements, guaranteeing safety and quality of marketed products.
* Monitor pharmacy performance indicators, such as sales, profit margin, inventory turnover, among others.
* Promote customer loyalty initiatives, including benefit programs, special discounts, and personalized service.
* Stay updated on pharmaceutical market trends, emerging technologies, and sector-related legislation.
* Attend management meetings to report results, present action plans, and align pharmacy strategies with corporate objectives.
* Maintain pharmacy organization and cleanliness, ensuring a pleasant and safe environment for customers and staff.
* Resolve internal and external conflicts by seeking solutions that foster a harmonious and productive workplace.
