We encourage people from diverse social backgrounds to join our community, so that despite vastly different origins and realities, we may collectively nurture the shared aspiration to dream big—and become better professionals and human beings for ourselves and for the world. **Your main responsibilities** * Responsible for the furnace carbonization process, executing all steps according to procedure recommendations and the process monitoring system (Supervisory System): isolating the work area, ignition, monitoring, analysis, taking corrective actions, and concluding the process—ensuring coal productivity and quality (fixed carbon content; volume of charcoal; absence of burning). * Responsible for monitoring and operating gas burners, performing all steps: monitoring, execution, analysis, and corrective action-taking, including connecting recommended furnaces and disconnecting them when necessary—incorporating measurement procedures and sealing required points to guarantee operational efficiency. * Cover coal during imminent rain risk, ensuring coal integrity and preservation.
