To learn more about playing for Team Amcor, visit www.amcor.com I LinkedIn I Glassdoor I Facebook I YouTube **Job Title:** PCM ANALYST **Location:** Três Lagoas, MS, Brazil **Job Overview:** Work directly on the Maintenance Plan, issue material requisitions while evaluating suppliers, manage calibrations, approve inspection reports, issue work orders, assist with expense control, and inspect third-party procured parts. **Responsibilities:** 1\. Ensure compliance with the maintenance plan by monitoring activity progress against the schedule; 2\. Distribute internal PCM tasks and participate in maintenance team meetings, preparing meeting minutes and conducting follow\-ups on assigned tasks; 3\. Prepare reports and maintain maintenance program controls, updating performance indicators to ensure alignment with the maintenance strategy; 4\. Conduct material follow-up and assist in drafting technical specifications—based on instructions and technical standards—for contracting equipment maintenance services; 5\. Contribute to the development, implementation, and monitoring of reliability and planning tools, maintenance control systems, and management reporting; 6\. Manage calibration and validation of measurement reports; 7\. Assist in monitoring expenses, providing supply and service reports and analyses; 8\. Inspect third-party procured parts via measurements based on engineering drawings to ensure quality meets end-user requirements; 9\. Participate in and lead Continuous Improvement projects; 10\. Update Performance Indicators (OEE loss, MTTR, MTBF, MDT, Setup); 11\. Provide support to Production areas (Maintenance Planning and Control) and other group plants; 12\. Ensure completion of Safety and Quality pending items (Se\-Suit); 13\. Monitor ongoing Tooling Projects. **Qualifications/Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge and experience exceeding 6 months; experience in food industry maintenance is considered a plus. * PCM routines; * Performance indicators (MTTR, MDT, MTBF); * Experience and/or qualification in cost and asset management; * Knowledge of reliability methodologies such as FMEA, root cause analysis, fault tree analysis, etc.; * Advanced Microsoft Office Suite; * MS Project; * SAP and PM system knowledge. **About Amcor** Amcor is the global leader in developing and producing responsible consumer packaging and dispensing solutions across a variety of materials for nutrition, health, beauty and wellness categories.
