On-site handling of service requests at the client's location Job Description: Perform corrective and preventive maintenance and installation of printers and provide technical support to users. THE TECHNICIAN WILL BE AVAILABLE TO THE COMPANY; UPON SERVICE REQUEST, THE TECHNICIAN WILL TRAVEL TO THE CLIENT'S LOCATION TO ADDRESS THE REQUEST, WHICH WILL BE DETAILED IN THE SERVICE ORDER GENERATED FROM THE REQUEST. Possesses driver's license categories AB; must reside in Minas Gerais\-MG Field of work: Technical \- Printer Technician. COMPUTER TECHNICIAN. Shift: Day shift Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m., with a one-hour break. If weekend support is required on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., the technician will travel to the client's location to address the request, as specified in the service order generated from the request.
