Job Summary: We are seeking an Intern/Trainee with basic knowledge of operating systems, Office suite, networks, and hardware for technical support. Key Highlights: 1. Familiarity with productivity and remote support tools. * Basic knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems; * Proficiency in Office suite and productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365); * Fundamental networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Wi\-Fi, structured cabling); * Basic hardware knowledge and computer maintenance (component replacement, troubleshooting); * Familiarity with software installation and configuration; * Basic knowledge of remote support tools (AnyDesk, RustDesk, TeamViewer).
