




Job Summary: A professional responsible for creating and maintaining project schedules, monitoring physical and financial progress, identifying deviations, assisting in budgetary control, and collaborating with teams to support decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Project schedule and progress management and monitoring. 2. Collaboration with engineering, procurement, and safety teams. 3. Supporting decision-making based on planning information. Create and maintain detailed project schedules (using tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, etc.). Define activity deadlines, sequences, and durations. Monitor the project's physical and financial progress. Identify schedule deviations and propose corrective actions. Assist in project budgetary control. Compare planned versus actual costs. Collect field data (e.g., construction execution, factory production) to populate progress reports. Generate physical progress, financial, and productivity reports. Present project status to engineers, coordinators, and managers. Evaluate team productivity and project progress. Work closely with engineering, procurement, execution, and safety teams. Support decision-making based on planning information. Participate in follow-up meetings with teams and managers. Keep stakeholders updated on project status.
