You will design and scale innovative and secure systems that solve real-world, high-impact problems. You will work in a dynamic environment with cutting-edge technology, applying engineering best practices, AI models, and continuous learning—all with the purpose of democratizing e-commerce and financial services across Latin America. **Imagine yourself undertaking projects and being responsible for:** * Participating in all stages of high-impact product development—from requirements analysis to proposing solutions that deliver both technical and business value. * Supporting the establishment of agreements and alignments across diverse teams, enabling the advancement of use cases and improvement of our products’ KPIs. * Contributing to the definition of scalable, highly available architectures; building and executing tests; and monitoring technical and business performance metrics. * Working with high-volume transaction and data systems, using relational and NoSQL databases to ensure performance and scalability. * Taking ownership in interactions with business stakeholders and peer teams—clarifying doubts and collaborating on problem resolution impacting our products and operations. **What we’re looking for in you?** * Solid development experience with Java or Kotlin, and experience with microservices. * Knowledge of messaging and topics (Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar), including producers/consumers, partitioning, DLQ, and idempotency. * Proficiency in REST APIs: contract design, versioning, best practices, documentation (OpenAPI/Swagger), and testing. * Experience with relational databases (MySQL) and NoSQL databases. * Experience with SRE/observability tools: New Relic, Kibana, Datadog, and Elasticsearch. **Are you excited to leave your mark on Latin America’s technology landscape?** Apply now and join our mission!
