Job Summary: This position will assist in implementing the PCMSO, organize files, comply with medical requirements, participate in SIPAT, conduct training sessions, and engage in public health education. We value inclusion in our workplace, and all candidates are evaluated based on education and technical qualifications. **\#WESAREMILPLAN** **Description:** * Assist in implementing and developing the PCMSO for the site; perform administrative tasks (e.g., controlling and archiving dossiers, issuing referral forms for medical examinations, etc.). * Organize departmental files to ensure confidentiality and quick retrieval. * Comply with requirements set forth by the occupational physician and/or occupational safety engineer. * Participate in organizing SIPAT (Internal Accident Prevention Week) jointly with CIPA (Internal Accident Prevention Committee). * Perform assigned tasks and deliver training sessions. * Participate in executing public health education programs and campaigns, including delivering lectures, preparing promotional materials, and guiding employees on adopting healthy habits and disease prevention. * Participate in site visits to assess working environmental conditions, thereby implementing preventive and educational actions per the physician’s guidance. * Contribute to maintaining the IMS at the construction site/company **Knowledge Requirements:** * Intermediate knowledge of first aid. * Microsoft Office Suite. * Labor and social security legislation related to SESMT. * SOC **Education:** * Occupational Nursing Technician certification and registration with COREN, plus completion of secondary education. Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
