Job Summary: The Senior Data Analyst will structure Constance's e-commerce analytical database, modeling and governing data from the VTEX platform and integrated channels. Key Highlights: 1. Integrates the Data & AI cell with direct impact on digital decision-making. 2. Responsible for building and maintaining data pipelines and dashboards. 3. Supports CRM, acquisition, and SEO analyses, and provides leadership support. The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for structuring Constance's e-commerce analytical database, performing data modeling and governance for data generated by the VTEX platform and integrated channels. This role is part of the Data \& AI cell, delivering outputs that directly impact digital operations and franchise decisions. The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for structuring Constance's e-commerce analytical database, performing data modeling and governance for data generated by the VTEX platform and integrated channels. Responsibilities: building and maintaining data pipelines from VTEX exports and other digital sources; modeling tables with clear documentation of granularity, origin, and calculation logic; developing performance dashboards (conversion funnel, campaigns, shipping, and e-commerce KPIs); creating a standardized data dictionary for use across the team; supporting CRM, acquisition, and SEO analyses; and providing leadership support in presenting insights to the CEO and franchisees.
