




Main responsibilities: * **Recruitment and selection:** assist in resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication. * **Onboarding of new employees:** organize documentation, prepare employment contracts, and monitor hiring processes. * **Payroll and time tracking:** support payroll closing, record overtime hours and absences, and manage timekeeping records. * **Document organization:** maintain updated files, registration forms, and labor records. * **Training support:** assist with logistics for courses, seminars, and development programs. * **Internal communication:** act as a liaison between employees and the company, clarifying questions regarding policies and procedures.
