Job Summary: Supervise cold storage chamber operations to ensure product integrity, safety, hygiene, and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory management and strict implementation of the FIFO system. 2. Continuous monitoring of temperature and quality of perishable products. 3. Maintenance of an organized, sanitized, and unobstructed cold storage chamber. **COLD STORAGE OPERATOR:** **Role Summary**: Supervise all operations inside and outside the cold storage chamber to ensure product integrity and compliance with safety and hygiene standards (such as SOPs — Standard Operating Procedures), as well as external factors affecting efficiency. * ***Inventory and Storage Management:*** Ensure proper organization, correct storage, and strict application of the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) system to prevent product expiration; * ***Temperature and Quality Control:*** Continuously monitor chamber temperatures and packaging integrity to guarantee the quality of perishable products; * ***Cleaning and Organization:*** Maintain the cold storage chamber organized, sanitized, and free of obstructions, following good storage practices. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Reside in Salgueiro-PE; * Prior experience in cold storage chamber operations; * Proficiency in handling products and pallets; * Physical endurance to work in low-temperature environments; * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP (food safety) is a plus. **BASE SALARY:** * ***During probation:*** Salary + Hazard Pay; * ***Upon permanent hiring:*** Performance-based allowance ***Test commencement date:*** 23/02/26 Job Type: Full-time, CLT Permanent Position Compensation: R$1.518,00 – R$3.242,74 per month Work Location: On-site
