Being part of an essential team made up of people The Young Apprentice Program is based on Law No. 10.097, aiming to promote social inclusion through professional qualification. Contracts are established in partnership with social institutions accredited by INEC and may last up to two years. During this period, apprentices receive training at the accredited training institution and at the workplace, combining theoretical and practical learning.
