Always stay attentive to internal information, demonstrating knowledge and confidence during interactions. Responsibilities and Duties * Receive customers and assist them in the best possible way according to their needs; * Respond to emails or forward them to the responsible departments; * Observe and monitor internal security protocols; * Receive, verify, and route correspondence delivered at the reception desk to the respective departments; * Receive, register, and forward medical certificates delivered at the reception desk to HR and Personnel Administration (DP); * Submit maintenance requests for printers and order toner cartridges; * Receive the unit's monthly material request, perform verification, sorting, and forward it to the responsible departments; * Maintain organization within the reception area; * Direct scheduled visitors to their designated appointments; * Assist employees, suppliers, and visitors by directing them to the requested departments; * Schedule meeting rooms; * Direct candidates to the HR selection process; Requirements and Qualifications * Completed high school education. * Prior experience in this role or related areas. * Clear and efficient communication skills. Desirable Requirements * Proficiency in computer applications, especially Microsoft Office. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to interact effectively with the public. * Proactivity and dynamic work approach. * Teamwork orientation.
