The role involves conducting commercial negotiations with a focus on closing sales that are beneficial both to the company and to the customer. In addition to: * Managing and monitoring the customer portfolio, tracking performance, and identifying upsell and cross\-sell opportunities; * Regularly updating the CRM with relevant customer information and sales status; * Monitoring market trends and competitor activities, adjusting sales strategies as needed; * Participating in company-provided training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge; * Preparing periodic sales reports, analyzing performance, and suggesting improvements; * Providing feedback to management regarding market trends, sales challenges, and customer needs. In addition to strong communication skills, the professional must have: * Proven sales experience, preferably in electronic security; * Solid customer service experience, with skills to build and maintain long-term relationships; * Experience conducting negotiations with diverse customer profiles, including small and medium-sized enterprises.
