Support for maintenance planning and supplier management Analyze fleet maintenance performance and telemetry data, monitoring vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, and availability indicators. Responsible for consolidating information, identifying deviations, and supporting maintenance planning and supplier management. Also responsible for preparing reports and dashboards, collaborating with partner departments, and contributing to operational efficiency and continuous improvement in fleet management. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze the maintenance and telemetry performance of the dealership's fleet to support vehicle availability and efficiency. * Monitor utilization, consumption, route, idle time, driving events, tracking, and preventive/corrective maintenance indicators. * Consolidate telemetry and maintenance data to identify deviations, cost reduction opportunities, and productivity improvements. * Support maintenance planning, intervention prioritization, and fleet supplier/contract management. * Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations on mobile asset performance and compliance with procedures. * Collaborate with operations, safety, facilities, and fleet management teams to address incidents and implement corrective actions. * Support documentation regularization, vehicle registration, and control processes for the regional fleet. * Contribute to continuous improvement of fleet and operational mobility management processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in fleet management, vehicle maintenance, telemetry, tracking, or operational indicator analysis. * Knowledge of preventive/corrective maintenance, fleet indicators, fuel consumption, and tracking systems. * Strong analytical skills, organizational ability, and focus on operational efficiency. * Proficiency in Excel; Power BI and fleet/telemetry management systems are desirable. * Good communication skills and ability to interface with suppliers and operational teams. * Proactive, results-oriented profile. * Driver's license (Category B) is desirable. * Availability for on-site work in Salgueiro/Ouricuri **Additional Information** **BENEFITS:** Medical assistance; Dental assistance; Life insurance; Transportation allowance; Meal voucher and/or food allowance; Profit-sharing program (PLR); **VITA Sertão** is the sanitation concessionaire established to drive development in the Sertão region of Pernambuco.
