





WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Provide technical support to users regarding the application and use of various software used internally by the company, answering questions, doubts, and technical issues as required. * Prepare reports to meet demands from client areas, with support from analysts responsible for the applications, if necessary. * Monitor version updates of partner companies' software and the implementation of new features, supporting application analysts in post-implementation support to minimize business impact. * Record services performed in the ticketing system, keeping information history updated and ensuring compliance with established quality standards and deadlines for the area. * Alert the coordinator about existing tickets and propose actions to address/prevent recurrence. * Create users and passwords, reset passwords, and deactivate users upon request and with approval from client area management, according to established policies and guidelines. * Develop, update, and maintain the necessary technical documentation for operations. WHAT WE NEED: * Ongoing higher education in Information Technology or related fields. * Experience required in system validation, creation of test cases simulating various situations the system may encounter, execution of built tests, and finally generating summary reports of executed tests. * Basic knowledge in SQL, SSMS Is this opportunity right for you?
