We believe that when technology meets purpose, we create solutions that truly delight, inspire, and deliver. **In this role, your responsibilities will include:** Working on the **ControlDesk of the Opty product**, performing operational monitoring and strategic support for activities related to an ophthalmological healthcare network. Key responsibilities include: * Monitoring of queues and service workflows; * Tracking operational KPIs and team productivity; * Support in managing breaks, shift scheduling, and demand routing; * Liaising with leadership and operations to ensure achievement of targets and service-level agreements; * Identifying opportunities for process improvement; * Providing support for scheduling-related requests, health insurance matters, and operational guidance as needed. **Our Requirements:** * Must be of legal age; * Completed high school education; * Easy access to the Barra Funda area (SP); * If previously employed by Kainos or You BPO Tech, a minimum 6-month interval is required before rejoining the company. * Proficiency and ease with computer use; * Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills; * Prior experience in ControlDesk or operational monitoring; * Experience in call center operations or the healthcare sector; * Ability to handle multiple screens and systems simultaneously; * Familiarity with operational KPIs (e.g., AHT, AWT, SL, etc.). **About the Position:** **Position:** ControlDesk **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) **Salary:** R$2.515,82 **Work Schedule:** 6 days on / 1 day off **Working Hours:** To be determined **Work Location:** Rua Robert Bosch, 295 – Near Barra Funda Station (Please research your route in advance) **Work Modality:** 100% on-site If you believe in the power of humanity and the positive impact of meaningful relationships, join **You**: where we place **YOU** at the center of everything we do.
