Join us in the history of Latin America’s largest integrated steel complex — a group whose essence is “do well, do more, and do forever.” **Responsibilities and Duties** Main duties: * Supervise real-time railway operations via the Operational Control Center (CCO); * Develop train schedules and ensure schedule adherence through monitoring and prioritization of train movements; * Ensure compliance with operational procedures and safety standards; * Minimize delay impacts and optimize train flow; * Control railway crossings, overtaking maneuvers, and traffic prioritization; * Manage incidents and operational deviations by making decisions to mitigate risks and ensure rapid resumption of operations; * Monitor performance indicators (punctuality, productivity, safety); * Guide and support operational controllers; * Interface with other teams (permanent way maintenance, mechanical maintenance, commercial, safety, engineering); * Participate in railway operational planning. * Monitor KPIs such as punctuality, productivity, and safety; * Issue operational reports and strategic information; * Conduct training and provide guidance on operational procedures; * Propose improvements to operational processes and control workflows. **Requirements and Qualifications** Essential requirements for this position: * *Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields;* * *Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office;* *Desirable qualifications:* * Operational indicators; * Experience in railway accident investigations; * Driver’s license category B. **Additional Information** **Our benefits include:** * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Private pension plan with company contribution matching the employee’s chosen percentage (ranging from 3% to 6%); * Total Pass; * Wellhub. ***Benefits are currently in effect, governed by Collective Bargaining Agreements, Collective Conventions, PPR Agreements, and/or HR Policies/Directives, and may be subject to change.*** Founded in April 1941, **Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional \-** **CSN** was Brazil’s first integrated flat steel producer — a landmark in the country’s industrialization process.
