Join us as we continue delighting our customers and communities.* Apply today! **Job Responsibilities** * Conduct recruitment and selection processes for your store; * Handle onboarding, terminations, timekeeping records, and certificates for your store; * Lead the onboarding process for new employees at your store; * Manage uniforms, ID badges, and personal protective equipment (PPE) for your store. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or Business Administration; * Experience as a Generalist HR professional; * Basic Microsoft Office proficiency; * Knowledge of the Senior system will be considered a plus; * Availability to work onsite in Lajeado/RS.
