An Environmental Analysis Company is seeking a Sample Reception Assistant in Rio de Janeiro. Receive, sort, and register samples, critically assessing their conditions according to ISO 17025 (homogeneity, temperature, pH, volume, container, chain of custody, among others). Flag sample conformities and non-conformities in the system. Aliquot, release, distribute, and discard samples. Prepare samples for shipment via postal services and courier companies, completing all required forms. Label and preserve sample kits when necessary. Scan chains of custody and forms into the system. Archive documents, organizing them by date. Monitor and organize inventory and supplies. Track internal and external emails. Monitor and manage pending tasks in real time.
