**Responsibilities and duties**
* Provide in-person customer service.
* Receive and attend to customers in a courteous and friendly manner.
* Issue service requests.
* Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
* Efficiently and satisfactorily resolve customer issues and complaints.
* Keep the service area clean and organized.
* Work as a team with other attendants to ensure quality service.
**Requirements and qualifications**
* Currently pursuing high school and/or higher education in administrative fields or related areas;
* Office suite;
* Basic computer skills;
* Portuguese language;
* Good typing skills.
**Additional information**
* Scholarship of R$830;
* Transportation allowance;
* Availability to work from Monday to Saturday.
* Monday to Friday: 12:48 PM to 6:00 PM
* Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
* Weekly hours: 30h
