All selection processes conducted by **VAMOS** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage operations and teams under your responsibility, overseeing the daily routines of technicians and controllers assigned to your region/unit. * Directly monitor operational KPIs, with primary focus on **machine/equipment availability**. * Track operational incidents — corrective and preventive — conduct follow-ups on service orders, and support demand prioritization. * Support logistics for moving machines/equipment for internal or external maintenance, when required. * Communicate with customers regarding equipment status, return deadlines, operational issues, and alignment matters. * Escalate critical topics to leadership, providing context, data, and necessary information for decision-making. * Monitor preventive maintenance KPIs, ensuring predictability and adherence to scheduled plans. * Conduct site visits to operations under your responsibility to observe routines firsthand, strengthen field-team relationships, and identify improvement opportunities. * Develop relationships with other supervisors and partner departments, broadening operational support networks. * Focus on cost reduction, continuous improvement, and supplier network development. * Support damage control, including customer alignment and formalizing resolution procedures when liability assignment is required. * Perform people management, including routine tasks such as attendance tracking, vacation scheduling, and administrative controls related to the team. * Monitor expiration dates and mandatory releases for facility access — e.g., occupational documents and authorizations — preventing operational disruptions. * Support, in the future, management of mini-stocks/operational warehouses, where applicable. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite**. * Prior experience in **operations management**, **people management**, or supervision of technical/operational teams. * Experience in operational environments with direct customer interface. * Willingness to travel and visit operations under your responsibility.
