




Plan, coordinate, control, and optimize all the company’s logistics operations, including receiving, warehousing, material handling, shipping, and transportation, ensuring operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, cost reduction, operational safety, and a high level of service to both internal and external customers. **1\-Plan and manage all the company’s logistics operations:** Structure, organize, and supervise receiving, warehousing, order picking, verification, loading, shipping, and transportation processes, ensuring operational fluidity, process standardization, and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. **2\-Ensure inventory accuracy and data reliability:** Ensure physical and system-based inventory controls are aligned, monitoring stocktaking, cycle counts, inter-warehouse transfers, and necessary adjustments to prevent losses, discrepancies, and financial impacts. **3\-Coordinate the receipt of goods and raw materials:** Supervise receiving processes from suppliers, ensuring correct verification of invoices, quantities, quality, product integrity, and compliance with purchase orders. **4\-Manage warehousing and inventory organization:** Define layout standards, location addressing, stacking methods, pallet usage, categorization, and application of methodologies such as PEPS/FIFO, ensuring optimal use of physical space and ease of material handling. **5\-Supervise order picking, verification, and shipping processes:** Ensure orders are accurately picked, verified, and loaded within established deadlines, preventing shipping errors, rework, returns, and customer dissatisfaction. **6\-Plan and control transportation and distribution:** Organize load scheduling, routes, and use of owned or third-party vehicles, ensuring logistical efficiency, freight cost reduction, and strict adherence to delivery deadlines. **7\-Manage logistics performance indicators (KPIs):** Monitor and analyze indicators such as inventory accuracy, loading time, service level, logistics costs, losses, damages, and team productivity, proposing corrective actions and continuous improvements. **8\-Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards:** Ensure all logistics operations comply with occupational safety regulations, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), organization, cleanliness, and sound operational practices, minimizing accident risks and non-conformities. **9\-Lead and develop the logistics team:** Directly manage subordinate supervisors and managers, promoting operational discipline, ongoing training, goal alignment, and technical and behavioral development of the team. **10\-Collaborate cross-functionally with other company departments:** Maintain constant communication with Procurement, Production, Sales, Finance, and Executive Management, ensuring logistics operations are aligned with demand, production, and overall business strategy. **11\-Propose continuous improvements to logistics processes:** Identify bottlenecks, operational failures, and optimization opportunities, proposing adjustments to processes, layout, workflows, technology, and people management, aiming for increased efficiency and cost reduction.
