The PCP Intern supports planning and control processes for construction and maintenance activities in electrical power distribution networks. The intern always works under the supervision of PCP Analysts and the PCP Supervisor, contributing to the organization, updating, and monitoring of scheduling, documentation, and operational workflows. Key responsibilities include: Supporting the receipt, verification, and registration of service portfolios in management systems (GPM, SAP, GEO, KAFFA, etc.). Assisting in organizing and providing necessary documents for releasing field teams. Supervised monitoring of demand status, identifying pending items and supporting initial system entries. Assisting in preparing notices of scheduled outages, communications, and operational documents, as directed by analysts. Supporting activity planning for teams, verifying deadlines, routes, and concessionaire authorization requirements. Updating spreadsheets, controls, and reports, consolidating execution, materials, and labor information. Providing general administrative support to the PCP team in daily programming, control, and documentation routines. Gradually learning to interpret technical drawings, material lists, and scheduling processes. RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION REQUIREMENTS: Currently enrolled in a Technical Program in Electrotechnology or Electrical Engineering. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Familiarity with SAP, AutoCAD, GEO, and management tools is desirable (a differentiating factor, not mandatory). Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
