Conduct structured technical and behavioral interviews, ensuring cultural and technical fit. Maintain close relationships with leaders and stakeholders, acting in a consultative capacity. Update and manage data in the ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter, ensuring data quality. Monitor performance metrics (KPIs) and propose improvements to recruitment processes. Contribute to strengthening the employer brand across the LATAM region.
